licence application in Sierra Leone.
· Solicitors and Advisers to GT Insurance Ltd over its 13,000,000,000
ordinary shares private placement.
· Legal Advisory and Consultancy for Citizens Bank Plc over its merger
transactions.
· Legal Advisory and Consultancy for Cityscape Ltd over a multi-billion
Naira private estate development in Lagos.
· Representative Counsel for Assonet Technologies Ltd in arbitration
over an IT contract dispute.
· Legal Advisory and Consultancy for Mabon Nigeria Ltd. over an off-shore
geophysical survey dispute in US and Nigerian courts.
· Lead Counsel in several litigations covering claims by Banks, Insurance
companies and Energy firms.
· Legal Advisory for the Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria
and drafting and presentation of its Charter Bill before the National
Assembly.
Mr.
Onwubiko has also acquired extensive experience in providing
wholistic legal advisory covering tax, labour, immigration and
HSE as well as obtaining statutory approvals for foreign investments
in areas such as telecommunication,
energy, property development, pharmaceuticals, procurements and
manufacturing.
Mr. Onwubiko is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the
